Job Title: Home Tutor

As a home tutor, you will have the opportunity to work with students from class 5th to 12th, helping them achieve academic success and build confidence in their learning journey.

Location: Devarakonda Education Qualifications: Graduate, along with D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience. Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old. Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students according to their academic needs.
2. Develop personalized learning plans and strategies to help students improve their understanding of subjects.
3. Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
4. Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
5. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance students' learning experience.
6. Maintain accurate records of students' performance and attendance.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject(s) you will be teaching.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
4. Organizational and time-management skills to effectively plan lessons and track students' progress.
