Job Description:

As a home tutor in Dausa, you will be responsible for providing personalized academic support to students from class 5th to 12th. Your role will involve assessing students' learning needs, creating customized lesson plans, delivering engaging lessons, and monitoring progress to ensure academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' learning objectives.
2. Developing lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to each student's learning style and pace.
3. Implementing effective teaching strategies to enhance understanding and retention of concepts.
4. Providing timely feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their academic performance.
5. Monitoring student progress through regular assessments and adjusting teaching methods as needed.
6. Collaborating with parents, teachers, and school administrators to support students' overall development.
7. Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance and progress reports.

Qualifications:

1. Graduation in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are preferred.
3. Minimum of 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong subject knowledge in relevant academic areas.
6. Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.
7. Age between 18 to 60 years.
8. Open to both male and female candidates.
