Job Description:

As a home tutor, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized and effective tutoring sessions to students from class 5th to 12th. You will create engaging lesson plans, assess students' learning needs, and tailor your teaching methods to ensure maximum understanding and improvement in their academic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions based on students' learning needs.
2. Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials to suit individual learning styles.
3. Assist students in understanding complex concepts and solving academic problems.
4. Monitor and track students' progress, providing regular feedback to parents/guardians.
5. Encourage a positive learning environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and academic growth.
6. Prepare students for exams and assessments, helping them build confidence and excel academically.
7. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all tutoring sessions.
8. Collaborate with parents/guardians and school teachers to support students' overall academic success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (Graduate, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, M.Ed, etc.) in a relevant subject area.
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed are preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
• Passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential.
• Patience, empathy, and adaptability to work with students of diverse learning abilities.
