Job Title: Home Tutor

Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized tutoring to students from class 5th to 12th, covering subjects as per the curriculum.
2. Assess students' learning needs and develop customized lesson plans to address their strengths and weaknesses.
3. Utilize creative teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding of the subject matter.
4. Monitor students' progress, track their performance, and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians.
5. Foster a positive learning environment that promotes academic excellence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
6. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to support students' educational goals and academic success.
7. Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance, assignments, and assessments.

Qualifications:

1. Graduation from a recognized university with a degree in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are highly preferred.
3. Proven experience in teaching/tutoring for at least 1 year.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and learning.
6. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
7. Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes for tutoring sessions.
