Age Requirement: 18 to 60 years

Responsibilities:

1. Create Customized Learning Plans: Develop personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
2. Provide One-on-One Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions to help students understand and master the subject matter.
3. Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure comprehension and improvement.
4. Encourage and Motivate: Inspire students to stay motivated and confident in their abilities, fostering a positive learning environment.
5. Communicate with Parents: Maintain open communication with parents/guardians to discuss student progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: A graduate degree in the relevant subject area is required, along with additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed.
2. Teaching Experience: Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a similar grade level.
3. Subject Expertise: Strong knowledge and expertise in the subjects you will be teaching, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
5. Patience and Empathy: Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students overcome challenges and succeed academically.
