Age Requirement: 18 years to 60 years. Gender: Open to both male and female candidates. Class Level: Tutoring students from class 5th to 12th.

Job Description: We are seeking experienced and passionate home tutors to join our team in Chittoor. As a home tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to students from class 5th to 12th. Your primary goal will be to help students understand concepts, improve their academic performance, and develop a love for learning.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on the students' learning needs.
2. Create and implement personalized lesson plans and teaching strategies.
3. Assess students' progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
4. Encourage active participation and engagement during tutoring sessions.
5. Use creative and innovative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective.
6. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.
7. Keep accurate records of tutoring sessions, attendance, and student performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
2. Valid teaching certification or diploma (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, etc.).
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in teaching class 5th to 12th curriculum.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage students effectively.
6. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
