Job Title: Home Tutor

Location: Chennai Education:

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
• Experience in tutoring students from diverse backgrounds is an advantage

Age Requirement:

• Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old

Gender:

• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students
• Create customized lesson plans based on students' learning needs and goals
• Provide guidance and support to help students improve their academic performance
• Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide feedback on students' progress

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you will be teaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and empathy to understand students' learning challenges
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to learn
• Organizational skills to plan lessons effectively and manage time efficiently
