Job Description:

As a home tutor, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality academic support to students from class 5th to 12th. You will be responsible for creating personalized learning plans, delivering engaging lessons, and assessing students' progress to ensure they meet their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement tailored lesson plans based on students' learning needs and objectives.
2. Use various teaching methods and resources to make learning interactive and enjoyable.
3. Provide constructive feedback to students and help them improve their academic performance.
4. Monitor and track students' progress through regular assessments and evaluations.
5. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns.
6. Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate degree in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are preferred.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passionate about teaching and helping students succeed.
6. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
7. Reliable and punctual with excellent organizational skills.
