Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Educational Support: Providing personalized academic support to students based on their learning needs and curriculum requirements.
2. Subject Expertise: Teaching various subjects including Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and others as per the student's grade level.
3. Homework Assistance: Assisting students with their homework, assignments, and projects to reinforce learning concepts.
4. Exam Preparation: Helping students prepare for exams by conducting regular revision sessions, solving practice papers, and providing exam strategies.
5. Progress Monitoring: Monitoring students' progress, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing effective teaching methods to enhance their learning outcomes.
6. Communication: Maintaining regular communication with parents/guardians to update them on their child's academic progress and address any concerns or feedback.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of a Graduate degree along with a Diploma in Education (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed), or Master of Education (M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
• Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience in a similar role, preferably with a proven track record of improving students' academic performance.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old.
• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
• Subject Expertise: Proficiency in teaching multiple subjects for classes 5th to 12th.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents.
• Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to achieve their full potential.
