Job Description:

As a home tutor in Bishalgarh, your responsibilities will include:

1. Personalized Learning: Tailoring lessons to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
2. Subject Expertise: Providing in-depth knowledge and understanding of subjects including Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, etc.
3. Homework Assistance: Assisting students with homework assignments and projects to reinforce learning concepts.
4. Exam Preparation: Helping students prepare for exams by reviewing material, conducting practice tests, and offering exam strategies.
5. Progress Monitoring: Tracking students' progress and providing feedback to parents/guardians on a regular basis.
6. Engagement: Creating a positive and engaging learning environment to foster students' interest and enthusiasm for learning.
7. Communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding students' academic progress and any concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Teaching certification such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
