Job Description:

As a home tutor in Bihar Sharif, you will be responsible for providing personalized and engaging lessons to students in classes 5th to 12th. Your role will involve assessing students' learning needs, developing customized lesson plans, and monitoring their progress over time. You will work closely with students to ensure they grasp key concepts and achieve academic success.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students.
2. Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to tailor lessons accordingly.
3. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the curriculum.

Requirements:

2. Teaching certification or diploma (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards learning.
7. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
8. Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop for online tutoring (if applicable).
