Gender: Male/Female
Classes: 5th to 12th

Responsibilities:

1. Customized Learning: Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' learning needs and pace.
2. Subject Mastery: Provide comprehensive tutoring in subjects like Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, etc.
3. Concept Clarity: Clarify doubts, reinforce concepts, and ensure a strong foundation in the subjects.
4. Practice Sessions: Conduct regular practice sessions, quizzes, and tests to assess students' understanding and progress.
5. Motivation: Inspire and motivate students to excel academically and instill a love for learning.
6. Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on performance and areas of improvement.
7. Communication: Maintain open communication with parents to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are highly desirable.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
