Job Description:

As a home tutor with us, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for students.
2. Creating and implementing customized lesson plans based on students' needs and curriculum requirements.
3. Providing feedback and regular progress reports to parents/guardians.
4. Motivating and inspiring students to achieve academic success.
5. Utilizing various teaching methods and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
6. Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

1. A graduate degree in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
4. Age between 18 to 60 years.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
7. Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
