Education Qualifications:

• D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed or equivalent qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in relevant subjects
• Freshers with exceptional academic records may also apply

Age Requirement:

• Candidates should be between 18 years to 60 years

Gender:

• Open to both male and female candidates

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customized Teaching: Develop personalized lesson plans based on the individual learning needs and goals of each student.
2. Subject Mastery: Provide comprehensive and in-depth knowledge in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, etc.
3. Engaging Sessions: Conduct interactive and engaging tutoring sessions to foster a love for learning and encourage active participation.
4. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
5. Effective Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians to update them on student performance and discuss strategies for academic improvement.
6. Resource Utilization: Utilize a variety of teaching resources, including textbooks, online tools, and supplementary materials, to enhance learning outcomes.
7. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students during tutoring sessions, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
