Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting personalized tutoring sessions based on the individual needs of each student.
2. Developing and implementing lesson plans and educational activities to enhance students' learning.
3. Providing constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their academic performance.
4. Monitoring and assessing students' progress to ensure continuous improvement.
5. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
6. Maintaining a positive and motivating learning environment for students.

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduate).
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are preferred but not mandatory.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
6. Ability to work with students of different learning styles and abilities.
7. Age between 18 to 60 years.
