Job Description:

As a home tutor, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality academic support and guidance to students from class 5th to 12th. You will create personalized learning plans based on students' needs and goals, ensuring their academic success and overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in the student's home environment.
2. Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials to suit each student's learning style and pace.
3. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
4. Encourage and motivate students to reach their full potential academically and personally.
5. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to update them on student progress and discuss any concerns or areas for improvement.
6. Stay updated with the latest educational trends and methodologies to continually improve teaching techniques.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Strong subject knowledge in areas relevant to class 5th to 12th curriculum.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Passionate about education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.

Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
