Education:

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are highly preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience
• Familiarity with the curriculum and teaching methods for classes 5th to 12th

Age Range: 18 years to 60 years

Gender:

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students at their homes.
2. Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' learning styles and needs.
3. Assess and track students' progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians.
4. Create a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students to excel.
5. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to discuss student performance and goals.

Skills and Qualities:

• Strong subject knowledge and expertise in one or more subjects taught in classes 5th to 12th.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy to understand students' challenges and provide effective support.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student requirements.
• Punctuality and reliability in fulfilling tutoring sessions as per schedule.
