Job Description:

As a home tutor with us, your responsibilities will include:

1. Planning and delivering high-quality tutoring sessions to students according to their learning needs and academic goals.
2. Creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that foster students' understanding and interest in the subjects.
3. Assessing students' progress regularly and providing feedback to students and parents/guardians.
4. Utilizing effective teaching strategies and resources to ensure students' success in their academic pursuits.
5. Collaborating with parents/guardians to discuss students' progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
6. Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to actively participate and learn.
7. Adhering to our organization's policies and guidelines regarding tutoring sessions, scheduling, and communication.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Certification or training in education such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
