Job Title: Home Tutor in Araria, India

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions for students from class 5th to 12th.
2. Creating personalized lesson plans based on students' learning needs and goals.
3. Teaching various subjects, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Languages.
4. Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to improve their academic performance.
5. Monitoring and tracking students' progress through regular assessments and evaluations.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

1. Education: Graduate with a degree in Education (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed) or equivalent.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
3. Age: Candidates should be between 18 to 60 years old.
4. Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Passionate about teaching and motivating students to excel academically.
7. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual learning styles of students.
