Job Description: We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Tutors in Anantapur. As a Home Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized academic support to students in subjects ranging from Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and more.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' learning needs.
2. Developing customized lesson plans and teaching materials to ensure effective learning outcomes.
3. Assessing students' progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
4. Providing feedback to students and parents/guardians on academic performance and areas for improvement.
5. Creating a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students to excel academically.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience.
2. Strong knowledge and expertise in the subjects you will be tutoring.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and learning.
5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

Education Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are highly desirable.
