Education Qualifications: Graduate, D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Age Range: 18 years to 60 years
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
Subjects: Class 5th to 12th (All Subjects)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' needs and learning styles.
2. Develop personalized learning plans and set academic goals for each student.
3. Provide engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding and retention of concepts.
4. Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
5. Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential academically and personally.
6. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on students' progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject or education field.
2. Teaching certification such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed is preferred.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and learning.
6. Ability to create a positive and conducive learning environment.
