Experience: Minimum 1 year
Age Requirement: 18 to 60 years
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' needs and curriculum requirements.
2. Developing customized lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance students' understanding of subjects.
3. Assessing students' progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback.
4. Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters students' confidence and motivation.
5. Communicating regularly with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

1. Graduation in any relevant field along with a teaching qualification (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
2. Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
3. Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach multiple subjects across different grade levels.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and learning.
