Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
Age Range: 18 years to 60 years
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Subject Expertise: Demonstrating expertise in the subjects you teach, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Languages.
2. Customized Teaching: Tailoring your teaching methods to suit the individual learning styles and needs of each student.
3. Progress Monitoring: Tracking and evaluating students' progress regularly to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized learning plans.
4. Effective Communication: Maintaining open and clear communication with students, parents, and guardians to provide feedback on student performance and address any concerns.
5. Engagement: Creating engaging and interactive learning experiences to foster student interest and participation in the subject matter.
6. Homework Assistance: Providing assistance with homework assignments, projects, and exam preparation to ensure students grasp key concepts and achieve academic success.
7. Safety and Professionalism: Ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment at all times, adhering to professional ethics and standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduation degree in any relevant field.
• Diploma or degree in education (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a tutoring or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
