Job Description:

As a Home Tutor with us, you will be responsible for:

1. Conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students according to their academic needs and learning goals.
2. Creating personalized lesson plans and teaching materials to suit each student's learning style and pace.
3. Providing regular feedback and assessments to track students' progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
2. Relevant teaching certifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a similar setting.
4. Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in teaching subjects relevant to the class level (5th to 12th).
5. Excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy towards students' learning challenges.
6. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs and learning styles.
