Job Description:

As a Security Personnel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring: Keep a vigilant watch over assigned areas through regular patrols, monitoring surveillance equipment, and promptly responding to any suspicious activities or security breaches.
2. Access Control: Ensure only authorized individuals enter designated areas by verifying identification, conducting searches when necessary, and enforcing access control protocols.
3. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and decisively in emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security threats, following established procedures to minimize risks and ensure the safety of all involved.
4. Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful assistance to employees, visitors, and clients, addressing inquiries, providing directions, and offering support as needed to maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, observations, and actions taken, preparing written reports for management review and future reference.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with fellow security personnel, as well as other departments and external agencies, to coordinate security efforts and respond effectively to evolving situations.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education to a graduate level.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
• Gender: Open to individuals of all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods, as well as lift and carry moderate weights when necessary.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in the local language, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
• Integrity: Strong moral and ethical principles, with a commitment to upholding confidentiality, honesty, and trustworthiness at all times.
• Adaptability: Capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure, and to adapt quickly to changing circumstances or priorities.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by operational needs.
• Legal Requirements: Must have legal authorization to work in India and comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing security operations.
