1. Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to detect and deter any suspicious activity. Remain vigilant at all times and promptly report any security breaches or incidents.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by verifying identification, monitoring entrances and exits, and ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
3. Surveillance: Utilize surveillance systems, such as CCTV cameras, to monitor activity and identify any security risks or potential threats.
4. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and appropriately in response to emergencies, including fires, medical emergencies, or security threats. Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all occupants.
5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff members. Address inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities, including incident reports, shift logs, and any notable occurrences. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure information is shared promptly and accurately.
7. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Take proactive measures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage.
