Job Description:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of the premises, assets, and individuals within your designated area. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols to monitor activities and prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas. Maintaining vigilance to detect and deter any suspicious behavior or potential security threats.
2. Access Control: Verifying the credentials of individuals entering the premises, such as employees, visitors, and guests. Issuing passes and ensuring adherence to security protocols to maintain a controlled entry and exit system.
3. Emergency Response: Responding promptly to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, or security breaches. Taking appropriate action to mitigate risks, alerting authorities when necessary, and assisting as required.
4. Conflict Resolution: Handling conflicts or disturbances calmly and professionally. Employing effective communication and de-escalation techniques to resolve issues peacefully and maintain a safe environment for all.
5. Security Monitoring: Utilizing security equipment and systems, such as CCTV cameras and alarms, to monitor activities and identify any potential security breaches. Reporting any irregularities and taking corrective measures as needed.
6. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Assisting with inquiries, directions, and requests courteously and helpfully to enhance the overall experience.

Requirements:
