Job Description:

As a Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and security of our clients, premises, and personnel. You will be tasked with various duties that contribute to maintaining a secure environment. Here's an overview of what you can expect in this role:

1. Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area, keeping a watchful eye for any suspicious activity or unauthorized individuals. Maintain vigilance to deter theft, vandalism, or other criminal activities.
2. Access Control: Monitor access points, including entrances, exits, and gates, to prevent unauthorized entry. Verify the credentials of individuals seeking access and enforce security protocols as needed.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.
4. Customer Service: Provide assistance and support to clients, visitors, and employees as needed. Offer directions, escort services, or other forms of assistance to enhance the overall experience and sense of security.
5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Write detailed reports documenting any security-related incidents, accidents, or policy violations.
6. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or disturbances calmly and professionally. Employ de-escalation techniques to defuse tense situations and resolve disputes peacefully.
7. Equipment Operation: Operate security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and communication devices, effectively. Conduct regular checks to ensure equipment functionality and report any malfunctions promptly.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow security personnel and other staff members to coordinate efforts and address security concerns effectively. Communicate important information or updates to ensure a cohesive approach to security.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to a graduate degree.
