Security Guard Job

Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized entry, or suspicious activities. Remain vigilant and alert at all times to ensure the safety of the surroundings.
2. Patrol: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area, either on foot or by vehicle, to maintain visibility and deter criminal activity. Keep a watchful eye on any unusual occurrences and take appropriate action when necessary.
3. Access Control: Control access points by verifying the identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises. Ensure that only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry, following established protocols and procedures.
4. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents within the premises. Take immediate action to resolve the situation or escalate to the appropriate authorities as required, maintaining composure under pressure.
5. Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to employees, visitors, and clients when needed. Offer directions, escort services, or other support to enhance their experience and address any concerns professionally and courteously.
6. Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Prepare written reports documenting security-related incidents or irregularities for further investigation and follow-up.
7. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning and condition of security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and communication devices. Report any malfunctions or damage for timely repairs or replacements.
8. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow security team members and other staff members to uphold a cohesive and efficient security operation. Communicate effectively to share information, coordinate efforts, and address security issues effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduation. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Experience: No prior experience required. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including fresh graduates and individuals seeking a career change.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old to be eligible for this position.
