Job Description:
As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty services to our clients, ensuring they leave our salon feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. Your duties will include:
- Hair Services: Perform various hair treatments including cutting, styling, coloring, and hair spa treatments. Proficiency in all types of hair-cutting techniques for females is a must. You should have the creativity and skill to suggest suitable hairstyles based on clients' preferences and facial features.
- Facial Treatments: Administer facial treatments tailored to individual skin types and concerns. This includes cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, and applying masks to improve skin health and appearance. Knowledge of different facial techniques and products is essential for delivering exceptional results.
- Massage Therapy: Offer relaxing and therapeutic massage services to alleviate stress and tension, promote circulation, and enhance overall well-being. Proficiency in various massage techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and reflexology is preferred.
- Beauty Consultation: Provide personalized consultations to clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with clients and address their concerns.
- Hygiene and Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon at all times. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of both clients and staff members.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to graduate level.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role is required.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 50 years old.
