Responsibilities:

1. Perform a variety of beauty treatments including hair cutting, styling, coloring, facial treatments, massages, waxing, and other salon services.
2. Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations accordingly.
3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon, including sterilizing equipment and sanitizing workstations between clients.
4. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to ensure the highest quality of service.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Upsell salon products and services to enhance the overall client experience and contribute to revenue growth.
7. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Skills Required:

1. Proficiency in all types of hair-cutting and styling techniques for female clients.
2. Knowledge of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, and applying masks.
3. Experience in providing various massage techniques to promote relaxation and rejuvenation.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
