Education: We welcome candidates with educational qualifications ranging from 10th grade to graduates. While formal training in cosmetology or beauty therapy is advantageous, a passion for the beauty industry and a willingness to learn are equally important.

Experience: A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in beauty services is required for this position. Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory. We value candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in all types of hair-cutting techniques for female clients, including but not limited to layering, feathering, and texturizing.

• Ability to perform various massage techniques, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and aromatherapy, to promote relaxation and improve overall well-being.
• Knowledge of additional beauty services such as waxing, threading, manicures, and pedicures is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and advice.
• Attention to hygiene and sanitation practices to ensure a safe and clean environment for both clients and staff.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client demands and busy schedules, maintaining professionalism and composure during peak periods.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of beauty services including haircuts, styling, coloring, facials, massages, and other treatments according to client preferences and specifications.
• Consult with clients to assess their beauty needs, recommending appropriate services and products to achieve desired outcomes.
• Demonstrate exceptional technical skills and creativity in delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the salon/spa area, including sterilizing equipment, sanitizing workstations, and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive service, effective communication, and personalized attention.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients from booking to checkout.
