Job Description:

As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty services to our valued clientele. From haircuts to facials, massages, and more, you will utilize your expertise to enhance the natural beauty of our clients. Your primary duties will include:

Hair Care:

• Performing all types of hair cutting for female clients, including precision cuts, layers, and styling according to their preferences and facial structure.
• Providing hair coloring, highlighting, and other hair treatments to fulfill client requests and meet their expectations.
• Advising clients on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling techniques to maintain healthy and beautiful hair between salon visits.

Facial Treatments:

• Conducting facial assessments to determine the most suitable treatments for individual skin types and concerns.
• Performing facial cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and mask applications to rejuvenate and refresh the skin.
• Educating clients on skincare routines, products, and lifestyle habits to promote long-term skin health and radiance.

Massage Therapy:

• Administering various massage techniques to promote relaxation, alleviate muscle tension, and improve overall well-being.
• Customizing massage sessions based on client preferences, areas of tension, and specific needs for a personalized experience.
• Guiding self-care practices and exercises to enhance the benefits of massage therapy and maintain physical and mental wellness.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including disinfecting tools, equipment, and treatment rooms to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Upholding professional standards of conduct, including punctuality, confidentiality, and respect for client privacy and comfort.
• Continuously expanding your skills and knowledge through ongoing training, workshops, and industry-related events to stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in beauty care.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of 10th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 6 months of relevant experience in the beauty industry.
• Age: Between 18 and 50 years old.
• Gender: Open to all genders.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in all types of haircutting for female clients, including modern and classic styles.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin types, and skincare products.
