Job Description:
As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty services to our clients, ensuring they leave our salon feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Hair Cutting: Utilize your expertise to perform all types of hair cutting for female clients, ranging from basic trims to elaborate styles. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques to offer our clients the best possible service.
Facial Treatments: Administer facial treatments tailored to the individual needs of our clients. This may include cleansing, exfoliating, steaming, extraction, mask application, and facial massages to promote healthy, glowing skin.
Massage Therapies: Perform various massage techniques to relieve stress, and tension, and promote relaxation. Whether it's Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, or aromatherapy massages, your skills will help our clients unwind and feel pampered.
Beauty Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their beauty goals, preferences, and any skin or hair concerns they may have. Provide personalized recommendations and advice to help them achieve their desired look.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the products used in our salon, including hair care products, skincare items, and cosmetics. Educate clients on the benefits of different products and recommend suitable options for their specific needs.
Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and disposed of after each use to prevent cross-contamination.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with the services provided.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and supportive work environment. Share knowledge, skills, and techniques to enhance the overall quality of service offered at our salon.
