Job Description:

As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty services to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

1. Hair Cutting: Performing all types of hair-cutting techniques for females, including but not limited to trimming, layering, and styling according to client preferences and the latest trends.
2. Facials: Administering facial treatments tailored to individual skin types, including cleansing, exfoliating, steaming, extraction, and applying masks to rejuvenate and enhance skin health.
3. Massages: Conducting various types of massages such as head massages, neck massages, and shoulder massages to relieve stress, and tension, and promote relaxation.
4. Hair Styling: Offering hair styling services such as blow-drying, curling, straightening, and updos for special occasions to fulfill clients' styling needs.
5. Hair Coloring: Providing hair coloring services including highlights, lowlights, full-color treatments, and root touch-ups to achieve desired hair color transformations.
6. Hair Treatments: Performing hair treatments such as conditioning, deep conditioning, and keratin treatments to improve hair texture, shine, and manageability.
7. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their beauty goals, preferences, and any specific concerns to provide personalized services.
8. Product Knowledge: Staying updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer expert advice and recommendations to clients for at-home care and maintenance.
9. Sanitation and Safety: Adhering to strict hygiene protocols and maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in beauty services.
• Age: Between 18 years to 50 years.
• Gender: Open to all genders (male, female, and others).
• Skills Required: Proficiency in all types of hair cutting for females, facial treatments, massages, hair styling, and hair coloring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
