Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform various hair-cutting techniques for female clients, including layering, texturizing, and styling, to achieve their desired look.
2. Administer facial treatments to cleanse, exfoliate, and nourish the skin, addressing specific concerns and promoting a radiant complexion.
3. Conduct massages using appropriate techniques to relax muscles, alleviate tension, and promote overall relaxation and well-being.
4. Provide additional beauty services such as waxing, threading, manicures, and pedicures, catering to diverse client preferences.
5. Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals, preferences, and any specific concerns or allergies, ensuring personalized service delivery.
6. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon area, including sanitizing equipment, tools, and workstations after each use.
7. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services and recommendations to clients.
8. Build strong relationships with clients through attentive communication, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.
9. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and managing inventory of beauty products and supplies.
10. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
• Experience: At least 6 months of relevant experience in a beauty salon or spa setting.
• Age: Between 18 to 50 years.
• Gender: Open to individuals of all genders.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in all types of hair-cutting techniques for female clients, including precision cutting, layering, and styling.
• Knowledge of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and mask application, tailored to different skin types.
• Ability to perform various massage techniques, such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and aromatherapy, ensuring client comfort and relaxation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to deliver personalized service and build lasting client relationships.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for staying updated on beauty trends, products, and techniques.
