Job Description:
As a beautician, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty services to our clients. From haircuts to facials, and massages to manicures, your expertise will contribute to enhancing the beauty and well-being of our clientele. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Hair Cutting and Styling: Proficiency in all types of hair-cutting techniques for females is essential. Whether it's a trendy haircut, a classic style, or a personalized look, you should have the skills to deliver according to the client's preferences.
2. Facial Treatments: Performing various facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and mask application to rejuvenate the skin and address specific skincare concerns of the clients.
3. Massage Therapies: Offering relaxing and therapeutic massages to relieve stress, and tension, and promote overall wellness. Knowledge of different massage techniques and their benefits is desirable.
4. Manicure and Pedicure: Providing meticulous nail care services including trimming, shaping, polishing, and nail art to enhance the appearance of hands and feet.
5. Product Knowledge and Recommendations: Advising clients on skincare, haircare, and beauty products suitable for their individual needs. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the beauty industry.
6. Client Consultation and Communication: Understanding client preferences, concerns, and expectations through effective communication and consultation. Building rapport with clients to ensure a positive and satisfying experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate level.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Age: Between 18 to 50 years.
- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
- Skills Required: Proficiency in all types of hair cutting for females, facial treatments, massage therapies, manicures, and pedicure services. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the beauty industry.
