Job Description:

1. Surveillance: Regular patrolling of assigned areas to monitor activities and identify any suspicious behavior or security concerns.
2. Access Control: Enforcing access procedures by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
3. Emergency Response: Promptly responding to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, and taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and maintain order.
4. Customer Service: Providing assistance, directions, and information to clients, visitors, and employees courteously and professionally.
5. Report Writing: Documenting incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports, which may be used for legal or investigative purposes.
6. Equipment Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections of security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems to ensure proper functioning.
7. Collaboration: Coordinating with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other stakeholders as necessary to address security issues effectively.

Qualifications:

• Education: Candidates must have completed at least 8th grade education up to graduation from a recognized institution.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for this position. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are willing to undergo training and learn on the job.
