Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring: Maintain a vigilant presence to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor premises via surveillance cameras and regular patrols.
2. Access Control: Control access points, verify credentials, and ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents. Take appropriate action to resolve situations and mitigate risks.
4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and staff. Address inquiries, offer assistance, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
5. Report Writing: Accurately document any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities. Complete detailed reports for management review.
6. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow security team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
8. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts or disturbances calmly and professionally. Use de-escalation techniques to defuse tense situations whenever possible.
9. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and radios, are properly maintained and in working order.
10. Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality as required.

Qualifications:

1. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Must be physically fit to perform duties effectively.
2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact courteously with diverse individuals.
3. Problem-Solving Ability: Quick decision-making skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
4. Attention to Detail: Keen observation skills and attention to detail to detect suspicious activities or security breaches.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be adaptable to changing schedules and environments.
6. Integrity: Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness. Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
7. Legal Compliance: Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing security operations. Must be eligible to work legally in India.
