Key Responsibilities:

2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and ensuring that only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or distress calls, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of individuals on-site.
4. Report Writing: Document incidents, disturbances, and any irregularities in detailed reports, ensuring accurate and timely communication of security-related information to the relevant authorities.
5. Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional assistance to clients, employees, and visitors, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues on time.
6. Risk Assessment: Identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities and implement preventive measures to minimize the likelihood of security breaches or incidents.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other security personnel to coordinate responses to security threats or emergencies effectively.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th grade education required. Higher education qualifications such as graduation are also welcome.
• Experience: No prior experience in security roles is required. We provide comprehensive training to all new hires.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years of age.
