Job Description:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, visitors, and staff. You will be entrusted with the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. Keep a keen eye on suspicious activities and report any unusual incidents promptly.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by verifying the identities and credentials of individuals entering the area. Ensure only authorized personnel are granted access.
3. Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure security and detect any signs of intrusion or unauthorized activity.
4. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or security threats. Take appropriate action to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of everyone on the premises.
5. Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to clients, visitors, and staff as needed. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
6. Report Writing: Accurately document any incidents, observations, or security-related activities in written reports. Maintain clear and concise records for future reference.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with fellow security personnel, as well as other departments within the organization, to ensure a cohesive approach to security operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: We welcome applicants from diverse educational backgrounds ranging from 8th grade to Graduate level. A strong commitment to security and safety is essential, regardless of educational attainment.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for this position. We believe in providing opportunities for individuals to develop their skills and grow within the organization.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years old to be considered for this position.
