Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Monitor premises through patrols and surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of the area.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as alarms, disturbances, and medical emergencies, taking appropriate action as per protocols.
4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors, addressing inquiries, and directing individuals to their destinations.
5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate logs and reports of incidents, disturbances, and suspicious activities.
6. Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and disturbances calmly and professionally, employing de-escalation techniques when necessary.
7. Patrols: Conduct regular patrols both on foot and by vehicle to detect and deter any suspicious activity or security breaches.
8. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to a graduate degree.
2. Experience: No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
3. Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
4. Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
