Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Guards in the locations of Sevagram, Solapur, Thane, and Ulhasnagar. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our premises, assets, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Monitor premises through patrols and surveillance systems to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
2. Access Control: Control and authorize the entrance and exit of individuals and vehicles. Verify identification and issue passes when required.
3. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and responsibly during emergencies such as fire, medical emergencies, or security incidents. Follow established procedures to mitigate risks and ensure safety.
4. Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to visitors and employees with professionalism and courtesy. Address inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities. Prepare detailed reports as necessary for management review.
6. Patrol: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security risks. Remain alert and proactive to deter unauthorized activities.
7. Alarm Response: Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance. Investigate disturbances and alarms, and take appropriate action as per protocols.
8. Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow security personnel and other departments to maintain a cohesive and secure environment. Communicate effectively to coordinate actions and share relevant information.
9. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Stay updated on security best practices and participate in training sessions as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification from 8th grade to graduation.
• No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical fitness and agility to perform security duties effectively.
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
