Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring: Utilize CCTV systems, patrols, and other monitoring equipment to maintain vigilance over assigned areas. Actively identify and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.
2. Access Control: Enforce access control procedures by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and monitoring entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access or trespassing.
3. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies such as fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches. Follow established protocols to ensure the safety of personnel and property, and provide assistance as needed until the arrival of emergency services.
4. Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and professional presence to clients, visitors, and employees. Assist with inquiries, directions, or other requests courteously and helpfully, fostering a positive and secure environment.
5. Patrol and Inspection: Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure compliance with security policies. Perform regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and security systems to identify and address any maintenance issues or vulnerabilities.
6. Report Writing: Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, observations, and activities in written reports. Document any breaches of security protocols, property damage, or other noteworthy incidents for review and analysis.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with fellow security personnel, supervisors, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and exchange relevant information. Work together to address security concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to graduate level.
