Job Security Guard
Location: Banda, Barabanki, Bareilly, Basti

As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our premises and ensuring the protection of assets, individuals, and information. Responsibilities:
- Surveillance and Monitoring: Maintain vigilant surveillance of premises through regular patrols, CCTV monitoring, and alarm systems to detect and deter any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Access Control: Regulate entry and exit points, verify the credentials of individuals, and enforce authorized personnel-only access to designated areas.
- Emergency Response: Act promptly in response to emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security threats, following established protocols to minimize risks and ensure the safety of occupants.
- Report Writing: Document all incidents, observations, and irregularities in detailed reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective communication with supervisors and relevant authorities.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous assistance to visitors, employees, and clients, addressing inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate resources or personnel as needed.
- Patrol and Inspections: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, inspecting premises for any signs of damage, hazards, or unauthorized activities, and taking appropriate actions to address issues promptly.
- Alarm Response: Respond promptly to alarm activations, investigate the cause, and take necessary actions to secure the premises and prevent potential threats or losses.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow security team members, as well as other departments or external agencies, to maintain a cohesive security posture and respond effectively to evolving situations.
Requirements:
- Education: Candidates must have completed at least 8th grade education up to graduation. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience in security is required. We welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds and skill sets to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old, with a strong commitment to fulfilling their responsibilities effectively.
- Physical Fitness: The role may require standing for extended periods, conducting patrols on foot, and responding swiftly to emergencies, thus requiring a reasonable level of physical fitness.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with colleagues, clients, and visitors, as well as for accurately documenting incidents and observations.
- Integrity and Reliability: Security Guards must demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility in fulfilling their duties, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding ethical standards.
