Job Description:

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding our premises, assets, staff, and visitors against theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities. Your primary objective will be to maintain a secure and safe environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Monitor premises through patrols, CCTV systems, and other surveillance equipment to detect and prevent unauthorized access or activities.
2. Access Control: Control access to the premises by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining visitor logs.
3. Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both interior and exterior, to ensure security and identify any suspicious behavior or safety hazards.
4. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, such as medical emergencies, fire, or disturbances, and take appropriate action as per company protocols.
5. Report Writing: Prepare accurate and detailed incident reports documenting security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken.
6. Customer Service: Provide assistance and excellent customer service to staff, visitors, and clients, including answering inquiries and directing individuals as needed.
7. Risk Assessment: Identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other relevant stakeholders as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduate level.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
• Age: Must be between 18 to 60 years.
• Gender: Open to individuals of all genders, both male and female.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, as well as lift and carry objects if necessary.

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Integrity and honesty in handling sensitive information.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols (training will be provided).
