Job Security Guard

1. Surveillance: Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, unauthorized entry, vandalism, or any other suspicious activity. Through vigilant observation, you will help create a secure environment.
2. Access Control: You will be tasked with controlling access to the premises by ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the property. This may involve checking identification, verifying credentials, and issuing visitor passes as necessary.
3. Emergency Response: In the event of emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches, you will act swiftly and appropriately to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of everyone on-site. This may include alerting emergency services and assisting with evacuation procedures.
4. Customer Service: While maintaining a strong focus on security, you will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors. Approachability, professionalism, and effective communication skills are key to fostering positive relationships.
5. Report Writing: Accurate and detailed reporting is essential in the security industry. You will be required to document all incidents, observations, and actions taken during your shift in written reports. Clear and concise writing skills are necessary for this aspect of the role.
6. Security Equipment Operation: Familiarity with security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems is beneficial. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining these devices to ensure optimal performance.
7. Team Collaboration: While you may work independently for periods, collaboration with fellow security personnel and other stakeholders is vital. You will need to coordinate efforts, share information, and support one another to achieve common security objectives.

Requirements:

• Education: Candidates must have a minimum educational qualification ranging from 8th grade to graduation. We welcome applicants from diverse educational backgrounds.
• Experience: No prior experience in security is required for this position. We value enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
