Job Description:

As a Security Guard, your primary responsibility will be to safeguard our client's premises, assets, and personnel against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access. You will be tasked with maintaining a vigilant presence, monitoring surveillance equipment, and patrolling designated areas to deter potential security threats. Your role will also involve responding to alarms and disturbances, conducting routine security checks, and promptly reporting any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Security: Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the security and safety of the premises, personnel, and assets.
2. Monitor Surveillance Equipment: Utilize CCTV cameras and other surveillance tools to monitor activity and identify potential security risks.
3. Enforce Regulations: Enforce company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, to maintain order and compliance within the premises.
4. Respond to Incidents: Promptly respond to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances, and take appropriate action to address the situation while ensuring the safety of all individuals involved.
5. Conduct Security Checks: Conduct thorough security checks of vehicles, bags, and personal belongings to prevent unauthorized items from entering the premises.
6. Report Incidents: Maintain detailed logs and incident reports of all security-related activities, including any breaches, incidents, or suspicious behavior observed during patrols.
7. Provide Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, providing assistance, directions, and information as needed.
8. Collaborate with Authorities: Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services to handle serious incidents or criminal activities effectively.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduation level.
• Experience: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old.
• Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders, including male and female applicants.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, as well as lift and carry moderate weights if necessary.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in the local language, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
• Integrity: Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and ethical conduct in all aspects of the job.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs.
