Job Security Guard

Location: Himatnagar, Vyara, Gadchiroli, Gondia

We are currently seeking diligent individuals to join our team as Security Guards. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. This position requires individuals who are vigilant, responsible, and capable of handling various security challenges.

Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance: Monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, trespassing, or any other security breaches. Remain vigilant and alert at all times.
2. Patrol: Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to ensure all areas are secure and free from unauthorized access. Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
3. Access Control: Control access points by verifying credentials, permits, or identifying individuals entering the premises. Ensure only authorized personnel or visitors are allowed entry.
4. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and appropriately in response to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security alarms. Follow established protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of everyone on site.
5. Report Writing: Maintain detailed and accurate security incidents, observations, or irregularities logs. Write comprehensive reports as necessary for management review or legal purposes.
6. Customer Service: As needed, assist and guide employees, visitors, or customers. Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
7. Security Equipment Operation: Effectively operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems. Report any malfunctions or issues promptly to the appropriate authorities.
8. Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate effectively with fellow security personnel, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders. Work together as a team to address security concerns and uphold safety standards.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum 8th-grade education up to Graduation. Basic literacy and numeracy skills are required to fulfill reporting duties effectively.
2. Experience: No prior experience in security is required. We welcome individuals with varying backgrounds and levels of experience to apply.
3. Age: This position is open to candidates between 18 and 60. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
4. Physical Fitness: Good physical condition is necessary to perform patrol duties and respond effectively to emergencies. Candidates should be able to stand, walk, and perform moderate physical activities for extended periods.
5. Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
6. Character Traits: Integrity, honesty, and reliability are fundamental traits we seek in potential candidates. We also highly value remaining calm under pressure and making sound decisions in challenging situations.
