Job Description:

As a security guard, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and their premises. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

1. Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises, inspect buildings, and ensure all areas are secure.
2. Access Control: Managing entry and exit points, verifying the credentials of individuals, and preventing unauthorized access.
3. Incident Response: Responding promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, and taking appropriate action to resolve situations calmly and efficiently.
4. Customer Service: Providing assistance and information to visitors, employees, and clients professionally and courteously.
5. Report Writing: Documenting any incidents, observations, or irregularities accurately and promptly in written reports.
6. Conflict Resolution: Handling conflicts or disputes peacefully and professionally, de-escalating tense situations whenever possible.
7. Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures, including fire evacuation routes, and assist in emergencies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: We welcome applicants with a minimum education level of 8th grade up to graduates. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience: No prior experience in security is necessary. We provide comprehensive training to all new hires to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years old.
